Billy’s Batch began with a sweet obsession. In 2022, I travelled to New York with a group of girlfriends and fell head over heels for the giant, gooey cookies I discovered there. When I came home, I made it my mission to recreate them; testing, tweaking, and perfecting a recipe until I had something ‘irresponsibly good’.

What started as a hobby in my parents’ kitchen quickly grew into an irresponsibly good cookie business. I quit my job, delivered every order myself, and built Billy’s Batch from the ground up. Today, with the help of our incredible team, we’re baking out of our own commercial kitchen, delivering cookies across Victoria, and popping up in cafés, grocers, and at events near you.

And the name? That’s personal too. Growing up, my dad always called me “Billy the Kid.” It stuck and now my friends and family still call me Billy. So when it came time to name this cookie dream, Billy’s Batch was the perfect fit.Thank you for being here and supporting the journey.
