Billy’s Batch – Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Perishable goods

Because every batch at Billy’s Batch is freshly baked with love (and chocolate chips), we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on our perishable items.

2. Faulty or damaged goods

If you have any issues with your order, you must contact Billy’s Batch within 12 hours of receiving your delivery. It is at the discretion of Billy’s Batch to determine if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Please contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos of the product. We’ll review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

3. Change of mind

While we’d love for you to love every bite, we can’t accept returns or give refunds if you simply changed your mind (e.g. you no longer like the flavour, you ordered too many, you found something cheaper somewhere else).

4. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault (unsafe, very different from description, can’t be used for its intended purpose) you are entitled to a refund or replacement. For minor issues the remedy may be a repair or replacement. 

Our rights

We do our best to keep every cookie-lover happy, but we can’t offer a refund if a flavour isn’t quite your jam (or choc-chip). Taste is personal, and every batch is baked fresh just for you.

Billy’s Batch may tweak or update our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Exchange Policy from time to time to keep things running smoothly. We won’t make a song and dance about it, so it’s up to you to check back for the latest version. The most up-to-date policy will always live on our website and any changes kick in the moment they’re posted.
