Billy’s Batch Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By placing an order with Billy’s Batch, you agree to these terms and understand that they apply to all purchases made through our website or in-store.


Allergens

All our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten and eggs. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, traces may still be present. Billy’s Batch will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.


Flavour Availability

Our cookies are baked fresh daily and flavours depend on stock and ingredient availability. We’ll always do our best to deliver what you’ve chosen, but if something’s sold out, we may swap it for a similar flavour of equal value (and equal deliciousness).


Shipping & Delivery

We ship fresh cookies from Monday to Thursday each week.
Please allow 1–2 business days for dispatch and an additional 1–2 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Orders placed after 9:00am on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday to make sure your cookies arrive fresh and not sitting around over the weekend.

Express Postage times may vary based on your location and the performance of Australia Post. Once your order leaves our kitchen, delivery time is in their hands — but we’ll always do our best to get your batch to you as quickly as possible.

Billy’s Batch is not responsible for delivery delays, incorrect addresses or missed deliveries caused by incomplete information provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned, we can’t resend it, as we can’t guarantee freshness once it’s left the oven.


Order Minimums & Discounts

We have a minimum order of 6 cookies per delivery.

Discounts or promos offered in-store may differ from those online. Online discounts apply only to online purchases and can’t be used for in-store or pickup orders unless stated otherwise.


Express Postage

We dispatch express orders via Australia Post every Tuesday. Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. However, delays may occur due to postal network congestion — please check the Australia Post website for current delivery estimates.

If you select express postage, make sure your delivery details are spot-on. Australia Post doesn’t contact recipients for missing information (like unit numbers), and there is no re-delivery if the address is incomplete or incorrect.

Returned parcels can’t be re-sent, as we can’t guarantee cookie freshness once they’re back in our hands.


Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any order cancellations to be eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of dispatch or delivery are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved due to cancellation or error, a 2.5% transaction fee will be deducted, as merchant fees are non-reversible.

Because our cookies are perishable, once your order has been baked or posted, no refunds or exchanges can be accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact Billy’s Batch within 12 hours of delivery at milla@billysbatch.com.au.
Eligibility for a refund or exchange is determined at the discretion of Billy’s Batch.

Billy’s Batch reserves the right to cancel online orders that don’t meet our lead time requirements.


Our Rights

We aim to keep every customer smiling (and snacking), but we can’t offer refunds or returns if you simply don’t like the flavour - taste buds vary, and that’s fair.

Billy’s Batch reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and Refund & Exchange Policies at any time without prior notice.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to stay up to date with any changes. The most current version will always be published on our website, and all updates take effect immediately upon posting.
